Carson Baucom / NC & SC Broker in Charge, SFR Certified
Carson Baucom, founder of nuVue Realty LLC, is responsible for the company’s strategic vision as well as the integrity of the Brokers affiliated with the nuVue Realty team.
Carson Baucom is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, with a BS degree in Business Administration, major in Business Management, and concentration in Human Resources. Carson has been in the sales industry since 1999, where she began her sales career as a Financial Broker for a Fortune 100 Investment Firm. Prior to forming nuVue Realty, Carson was a Regional Sales Manager for a local builder. While in this role, Carson provided leadership to the Sales Teams in both the North and South Regions, and also served as the Broker in Charge for the company.
Carson has always been involved in a number of volunteer activities. She is a member of the North Carolina Association of Realtors, Union County Board of Realtors, and formerly served on the Board for the CWOW committee. Carson also volunteers at the Second Harvest Food Bank, Toys for Tots functions, and at the local elementary school. Carson is an active member of Elevation Church were she volunteers in the church office. Carson and her husband Chris live in Waxhaw with their two children.
