With new construction there are a lot of opportunities for inventory homes that are already built and you can usually close with in 30 days and often time many incentives are available to you when you purchase an inventory home. If you choose to build a new home, you are able to make your own choices in cabinets, floor coverings and colors. This process usually takes 4-6 months from contact to close. With new construction you will also receive a builders warranty to help give you peace of mind that if anything goes wrong while the home is under warranty , you will be protected.
